Welcome to Our Home in Boulder, CO!
By booking your stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for both parties.
1. Booking and Payment:
A booking is considered confirmed once we receive a full payment for your stay.
Payment includes the rental amount, cleaning fee, and any other applicable charges.
2. Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $1,000 is required to cover any damages or extra cleaning fees. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
4. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please let us know if you require flexibility, and we will do our best to accommodate.
A late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.
5. House Rules:
No smoking inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
Parties and events are not allowed.
6. Liability:
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises.
7. Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
8. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
